Reach the office

Call, or send the project.

Two forms, because a builder pricing a house and a homeowner who wants a generator are asking different questions. Both reach the County Line office in Newbury Park, and a person replies.

Generators, lighting, automation, EV, rebuilds.

Name, phone, city and what you need. Generator estimates come back within 24 hours of the site visit.

Builders, general contractors, architects

Request a bid conversation.

Site city, project type, phase and a few lines of scope. Jeff reads every one. No plans on the public form, please; send them by email once we have talked.

Before you call

What should I have ready for a generator estimate?

A photo of the electrical panel with the door open, a photo of the gas meter, and a rough idea of what you want to keep running during an outage. County Line confirms all of it at the site visit, but a photo saves a trip when the panel needs work first.

What should a builder send with a bid request?

The site city, the project type, the phase, the bid due date and a few lines of scope. Not the plans, not on the public form. Once County Line has called back and the job fits, the full set comes by email or a file link.

Does County Line take emergency calls?

County Line is a construction and installation contractor, not a 24-hour emergency service. During business hours the office will tell you honestly whether it can help the same day or whether a service electrician is the better call.

What happens next

After you send the form.

The form goes to the County Line office. For a generator, lighting, automation or EV inquiry, the office calls or emails back, usually the same business day, to ask a few questions and set up a site visit. Generator estimates come back in writing within 24 hours of that visit. For a builder's bid request, Jeff Tucker reads it and calls back on the projects where County Line is the right electrical sub; if it is not the right fit, you will hear that too, quickly, so you can move on.

Nothing you send is used for anything but replying to you. No newsletter, no list, no third party. The privacy policy says so in full.

Finding the office

Old Conejo Road, Newbury Park.

The office is on Old Conejo Road in Newbury Park, off the 101 at Wendy Drive, in the western half of the City of Thousand Oaks. Visits are by appointment, because the crew and often the owner are on job sites during the day. Most conversations start on the phone and continue at your house or your site, which is where the useful information is: the panel, the gas meter, the yard, the plans.
